Do contributors need to download an app?+
No. Anyone with the album link can upload straight from their phone's camera roll — no signup, no install. Your crew can use the AirCam app to shoot directly into the album live, but it's optional.
What happens to the original files?+
Originals are preserved at full resolution, including HEVC. Nothing is recompressed.
Is it really free?+
Yes. The Free plan lets you create albums and collect footage with no credit card. Paid plans unlock more storage and pro features like branded links and bulk download.
Who can see the album?+
Only people with the link. You control whether contributors can view the full album or only upload to it.
